On the 23rd November 2013 The Southgate Club took part in the Southgate Christmas Festival. It was a great day for the club as we opened its doors to the community. A section of the Club was set up as Santas Grotto which saw some 245 children visit and receive a gift from Santa. On the 20th July 2013 Southgate held its first festival organised by The Southgate Chamber of Trade. The purpose of this was to bring together the local community, visitors to Southgate and local businesses.
The event was a success and the next one is fixed for Saturday 23 November 2013 which is billed as the Christmas festival.
